Upon getting hired as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, we will ask you to pick up your equipment from our Las Vegas, NV office.
To be eligible for this role you MUST
* Be able to come to TTEC's office to pick up equipment
* Have >15 mbps internet speed as validated by
* Ability to hardwire (ethernet) direct to your home router during your at home employment
* Router must be within close vicinity of your quiet, at home workspace

* Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
* High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum and with education more is better
* Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications

What You'll be Doing
* Process prescription refills for the customer thru their mail-order plan
* Research and provide information on the status of the prescription mail-orders placed by the customer 
* Sends communication to Doctors office for prescriptions needing refills 
* Helps members set up auto-refills, Hassle Free Fills.
