Job Description

This is a multi-faceted position that will involve doing administrative / clerical type work in the HR, Payroll & Finance areas.

Some of the functions that may be involved in the noted areas are as follows:

Duties related to payroll - manpower, audits, missed punches, checks, sign-offs, sick calls, tracking leave & any other duty as assigned or related.

Duties related to HR - Assist with applications, screening, background checks & the on-boarding process. Issue IDs, Visitor & Parking badges. Shoe & Uniform ordering - managing, organizing & reconciling. Filing, organizing & picking up pieces where needed.

Duties related to Financing - Movement of data, posting charges, printing documents, keeping departments up to date on changes to specifications, data entry & basic clerical functions.

This is not meant to be an all inclusive list & is subject to change according to the needs of the business. Our ideal candidate won't be effected by change in duties & can adjust to movement within the needs of what needs to be managed from day to day. Being able to prioritize & multi-task is critical. Being team orientated, handling a busy work load & being approachable all while being polite & professional will be key to succeeding in the position.

Someone who is dependable & accountable. Someone with good ethics, works hard & can maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Someone who works well independently but is a people person, communicates well & is responsive to the needs of the business as well as the employees.

Required Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • High school graduate
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and MS Office - CBase experience would be of great benefit
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with ADP, Sucessfactors & EV5 preferred

  • Intermediate math & filing skills

  • Able to read, write & speak English
