The Payless brand operates in North America, South America, the Caribbean and Europe. The company has over 100 locations worldwide. Payless is hiring for a HR Assistant.

  • Process new hires, including schedule drug screen and issue uniforms.

  • Process separations.

  • Assist employees with HR questions.

  • Correct errors in employees' time clock entries and submit to payroll.

  • Update employee and company records.

  • Create, manage, organize, and update relevant data in spreadsheets.

  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and
    enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.

  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative poiicies
    and procedures.,

  • Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.

  • Submit all required information for damage claims.

  • Oversee Lost and Found.

  • Handle customer service calls for the release of security deposits.

  • Filing, sending faxes, making photocopies, scanning and emailing.
