Jobing Description

Great opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with a concentration in Training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to function as part of a team and partner with management team as needed
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to motivate and develop others
Flexibility to changing work schedule
Knowledge of principles of adult learning
Stand up presentation experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) candiates are encouraged to apply
Conduct new hire orientation for exempt and non-exempt associates
Plan and follow up on Supervisor and Manager training and development
Facilitate coach training classes
Observe and provide feedback on floor about work methods, coaching skills, supervisory functions, etc.
Partner, assess, develop and follow through with all training needs
Support Operations by working on floor as needed
