Job Description Purpose: To review and audit acquisition regulatory
and cost accounting standards matters regarding the CSSC-K Contract Closeout and to perform liaison activities with DCAA auditors.

Role: None

Essential
Duties and Responsibilities


Conducts
the DCAA audit liaison activities related to company compliance with FAR and
CAS requirements.


Conducts
compliance of proposals, reports, incurred cost proposals and submissions for
FAR and CAS compliance.


Provide
technical advice to pricing teams on FAR/CAS pricing issues.


Coordinate
with appropriate work units in the company (e.g., Accounting, Payroll, HR,
Contracts, Purchasing, etc.) to obtain relevant supporting documentation for
cost estimates prior to and during DCAA audit reviews.


Maintains
a system for tracking internal and external data requests that documents all
DCAA audit requests and the information provided to DCAA as a result of those
requests.


Coordinate
with Procurement Department to ensure major subcontract proposals are compliant
with FAR/CAS requirements.


Confers
with senior management and division leaders regarding FAR and CAS issues relating
to the contract.


Performs
other duties as assigned.

Education:

Requires a Bachelors
degree in business administration, accounting, finance or management.

Equivalent work
experience may be considered.

Experience:

Five to eight years
experience in accounting and financial management, with experience in
government service contracting, working with DCAA and outside audit firms
required.

Experience and
knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards
and GAAP is required.

Experience working
with government auditors, especially DCAA, is highly desirable.

Specialized Knowledge

Experience with Deltek
Cost Point or other accounting related software is desirable.

Requires strong
interpersonal skills.

Must be able to
exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the impact
of decisions on the company s financial position and operations.

Must be able to handle
confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.

Must be able to
identify conflicts of interest as they relate to business situations.

Must have outstanding
organizational and planning skills in order to manage workflow in an efficient
and effective manner.

Advanced proficiency
in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and other related
applications required.

Must be detail
oriented with a high degree of attention to detail.

Must be able to
anticipate internal client needs on an ad hoc basis.

Must have excellent
communications skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to function with an advanced level of
English, both verbal and written
