Established in 1964, the mission of the Economic Opportunity Board of Clark County is to provide those services, programs and resources which reduce or eliminate poverty and to serve as a voice and presence in this community on behalf of disadvantaged and underprivileged citizens in order to create for them a better life and the opportunity to live in decency and dignity.
